In the previous entry, "Video Share," two options to share a YouTube video were discussed: embed code and making use of the share button to post directly to your Blogger blog. But what if these options aren't available? Or what if you don't want to copy a piece of HTML or click the share button?
I found this YouTube short that seems like a fun thing to post and comment on. However, I could not find an embed code or the option to post to Blogger among the social media platforms listed. For anything apart from what's available for the YouTube shorts (a format designed to compete with Tik Tok), I can copy the URL like this:
After selecting YouTube, enter the URL into the search bar of the window that pops up, select video once it shows up, and click "Insert."
The video short will be in your draft of your post. You can post it with just the video or add some comments about it. However, having something to say about it adds something to your blog entry and makes your share much more transformative.
