There is so much data out there in the universe that shows a correlation between student achievement and access to libraries that it was impossible to highlight it all. Instead, I am sharing a short article that sums up the importance of school libraries as it relates to student success. Libraries enhance the lives of students for the better. I'm honestly not sure how anyone could think anything otherwise - libraries were created under the idea of "learning from books is so important that we need to make sure everyone has access to them".
